A 3D wire panel fence gives you a rigid, flat surface with V-bend ribs that read as clean lines instead of industrial mesh. For decorative applications the 50×200mm mesh is the one buyers pick most - wider horizontal openings let light and views through, the V-bends at every 200mm give the panel a rhythm you notice from the street. Thinner wire (3.0–4.0mm before coating) keeps the panel light enough for standard round posts, and powder coating in RAL 6005 green or RAL 7016 anthracite gray makes the fence disappear into landscaping instead of shouting.

What mesh size looks best?

50×200mm for most decorative fences - the long horizontal openings keep the panel transparent, and the V-bend at every 200mm gives visual rhythm. 50×150mm if you need slightly more resistance to climbing. The tighter 50×100mm mesh is for security perimeters, not for places where the fence should look light.

Powder coat or PVC - which finish for decorative panels?

Powder coat for smooth appearance. It gives a uniform matte surface with no orange-peel texture, and the color range covers every RAL shade. PVC adds about 0.5mm of rubbery skin over a galvanized core - tougher against impact, but the surface has a slight texture that shows up close. For pool areas and sports courts where balls hit the fence, PVC holds up better. For front-gate and facade perimeters, powder coat looks cleaner.
