Five-Step Emergency Deployment
1. Plan the line: walk the flood path, clear debris and vegetation.

2. Prepare the base: level the ground and remove sharp objects that could puncture the liner.

3. Unfold and connect: place units end-to-end with tight joints, overlapping geotextile liners 15–20cm at connections to stop seepage.

4. Fill progressively: fill from both ends toward the center in 30cm layers, compacting each layer.

5. Monitor: check joints after filling and again after first water contact.
