Hot-Dip Galvanized Hesco Barrier: Built for Corrosive Environments
This galvanized steel Hesco barrier is manufactured from Q195/Q235 low-carbon steel wire and protected by a hot-dip zinc coating of 240–300g/m². Every unit is welded first and galvanized after, so the zinc covers every weld joint and wire intersection with no exposed cut edges. For coastal, marine or highly corrosive projects, we also offer Galfan (Zn-5%Al) coating with up to three times the service life of standard galvanizing.

Hot-dip galvanizing forms a metallurgical bond between zinc and steel. The zinc-iron alloy layers are harder than the base wire itself, resisting scratches during transport and installation.
